What stays on your device

Your saved games, settings and, if you buy the game, your license key are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device unless you copy a save code yourself.

What we do not collect

The game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email or location. We do not sell data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites, so we can see how many people play and which pages they visit.

Purchases

When you buy the game, Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, processes your payment and receives the details needed for that (such as your email and payment information), under its own privacy policy. We receive your email and order details from Lemon Squeezy to deliver your license and provide support. When you activate your key, the game sends the key to Lemon Squeezy to verify it.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

You can ask us about, correct or delete any personal data we hold about you by writing to info@inpowergame.com.
