The game is fiction
In Power is a strategy game and a work of fiction inspired by current events. Real countries appear, but the leaders, ministers, officials and quotes in the game are invented, and the events it simulates are hypothetical. Nothing in the game is a prediction, a statement of fact about any real person, or an endorsement of any government, party or policy.
Free demo and full game
The first weeks of every campaign are free. The full game is unlocked with a one-time purchase, which gives you a personal, non-transferable license key. Please do not share or resell your key.
Payments
Purchases are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms.
Updates and availability
We update the game regularly, including its scenarios, which may change as the real world does. We do our best to keep the game available and your saves working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your saves
Your games are saved in your own browser. If you clear your browser data, change device or use private browsing, your saves may be lost. Use the save codes in the game menu to keep a copy.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass the license check, copy or redistribute the game, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
